- Tart Crust: Cultured Butter, flour, ground almond flour, cornflour, egg, sugar
- Matcha Baked Almond Cream: Cultured butter, ground almond flour, egg, icing sugar, Ippodo Matcha, rum
- Matcha Mousse: White chocolate, 35% fresh dairy cream, milk, Ippodo matcha, sugar, gelatine
- Cream Layer: 35% fresh dairy cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar

Slicing Tips: | Use a sturdy stainless steel knife, slice downwards gently and remove the knife from the bottom of tart. Clean the knife after each slice. |
Travel Tips: | Tart travels well in car on flat surface (car floor) with AC on high for maximum 40 min. Strongly recommend to use cooler bag with ice packs for journey takes longer than 40 mins. |
