PRODUCTS

. Is your products HALAL?

Unfortunately, no. We do use alcohol in our kitchen and tart products. [Declaimer! Under law of Malaysia, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.]

. Does your products have nuts? Is there any allergen?

Yes, Unfortunately we are not a nut free cakery. Our products contain alcohol, dairy products, nuts, egg, glutens. Pregnant women and minors are not recommend to consume alcoholic product. Browse through our ingredient list or contact us if you need more clarification. 

ONLINE PURCHASES

. How far in advance should I place an order?

Order at least 1day before 6pm to enjoy next day delivery! To avoid disappointment, as soon as you can. We take orders on a first come first served basis. 

. Possible for same-day delivery?

We operate on a pre-order basis to ensure that we can provide with the freshly made dessert while same-day is not currently available. Order at least 1 day before 6pm to enjoy next day delivery.

. Do you provide wish cards?

Yes, We do provide a simple complimentary card. Please leave us your message during checkout with maximum 20 words to write on the cards.

. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can change any order within 3 days of its collection date. Whatapps us at 019-2160934 with your order confirmation number along with your change request(s). All order changes are confirmed once we update in the system. 

. What's your cancellation policy?

We offer a refund should you cancel your order within four (4) days of its collection date or 96 hours prior the scheduled pickup and/or delivery date. 

. Can I speak to someone about my order?

Sure! Please WhatsApp us at 019-2160934; we'll respond within 12 hours.

. I've left my order to the last minutes. The website says the bakery sweets are already sold out! Is there any chance you can take my order in?

We might be able to! WhatsApp us at 019-2160934. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

CUSTOMER-ARRANGED DELIVERIES

. Do you offer deliveries?

No. We do not provide delivery services. Only customer-arranged delivery (Grab express, LaLaMove) or self pickup.  Please read  customer-arrange deliver for the delivery/self pick-up timeslot. 

. What are your pickup hours? 

Weekday: 11am-1pm, 2pm-6pm (lunch hour 1pm-2pm is not available).

Weekends &Public Holidays: 11am-2pm. 

Please be punctual. Any late or early pickups withour prior approval will not be entertained. 

. Can I arrange my own delivery?

Yes, customers may self-arrange delivery services like Grab express or LaLaMove Priority. Delivery must be by CAR ONLY (motocycles are strictly not accepted) as cakes are fragile. 

. Which Grab Express or LaLaMove options should I choose?   

Always selected Grab Express (Instant,Immediate delivery, Car) for GRAB. Always select Priority Delivery for LaLaMove. Standard or pool delivery allows multiple stops and cause delivery take more than 2 hours. 

. Which are the pickup hours for GRAB/ LaLaMove Drivers? 

Same as our standard pickup hours: 

Weekday: 11am-1pm, 2pm-6pm (lunch hour 1pm-2pm is not available). 

Weekends &Public Holidays: 11am-2pm.

. How will the driver collect the cake?  

Once booked, please sned us the LaLaMove/Grab Tracking link. Our team will bring the cake down directly to the driver. We do need 10 mins to packed the cake into cooler bag and bring down to the driver. 

. Where should the driver go for pickup?

Pickup location is SqWhere Residence, jalan sungai buloh, kampung baru baru sungai buloh, 40160 petaling jaya, selangor. Please ensure driver waits at the designated area. 

. What information should I give the driver?  

Share the full name and contact number of the customer who placed the order so that we can verify and hand over the correct cake. 

. What if I am late for pickup?  

Late or early pickups without prior discussion and agreeent are strictly not be entertained. Cake will be available for next pickup session.  

. What if I need to change the delivery date or time?   

Changes can only be accomodated with prior notice at least 1 day before. Please message us on WhatsApps 019-2160934. 

. How should the cake be handles during delivery? 

Fresh cream cake are extremely fragile: 

Keep them upright at all times.

Places the cake on the floor of the car for th best stability (not on seats). 

Use cooler bag and ensure delivery is completed within 45 minutes.
