PRODUCTS
. Is your products HALAL?
Unfortunately, no. We do use alcohol in our kitchen and tart products. [Declaimer! Under law of Malaysia, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.]
. Does your products have nuts? Is there any allergen?
Yes, Unfortunately we are not a nut free cakery. Our products contain alcohol, dairy products, nuts, egg, glutens. Pregnant women and minors are not recommend to consume alcoholic product.
ONLINE PURCHASES
. How far in advance should I place an order?
Order before 6pm to enjoy next day delivery! To avoid disappointment, as soon as you can. We take orders on a first come first served basis.
. Possible for same-day delivery?
We operate on a pre-order basis to ensure that we can provide with the freshly made dessert while same-day is not currently available. Order before 6pm to enjoy next day delivery.
. Do you provide wish cards?
Yes, We do provide a simple complimentary card. Please leave us your message during checkout with maximum 20 words to write on the cards.
. Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can change any order within 3 days of its collection date. Simply whatapps us at 019-2160934 with your order confirmation number along with your change request(s). All order changes are confirmed once we update in the system.
. What's your cancellation policy?
We offer a refund should you cancel your order within four (4) days of its collection date or 96 hours prior the scheduled pickup and/or delivery date. Please note that there is a 6% transaction fee inccurred by the initiation of order that is not refundable.
. Can I speak to someone about my order?
Sure! Please WhatsApp us at 019-2160934; we'll respond within 12 hours.
. I've left my order to the last minutes. The website says the bakery sweets are already sold out! Is there any chance you can take my order in?
We might be able to! Simply WhatsApp us at 019-2160934. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
DELIVERIES
. Do you do deliveries or offer selfpick up?
Yes we do. Our delivery is managed by third party vendor LaLaMove upon customers request with charges applied. Please read Delivery information for the delivery/self pick-up timeslot.
. What are your bakery sweet delivery coverage areas?
We cover most of KL and Selangor area. You may key in your delivery address at the 'checkout page' to check the delivery fees.
. Can I choose a specific time for delivery?
We're unable to guarantee a specific time for you as it is subject to the availability of driver at that moment. We can only guarantee to deliver at a specific time frame. We would strongly advise to choose an earlier time slot to avoid disappointment.
Note: We also recommend scheduling the orders to be delivered straight to the receipient to ensure the quality of your orders as KukkiHausu will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur to the orders during deliveries.
. Can you help me arrange a surprise delivery?
We're so sorry but strightly no. We'd love to prepare suprise for our loves one too; but we have experience few occasions whereby recipient is absent.
Note: Driver will leave your bakery sweets at guard house or at doorway where we will not be held any responsible for any damages that may occur to the order during the deliveries.
. The bakery sweets I received was not in the expected conditions. It was squashed/crushed during the delivery.

Note: We make sure our bakery sweets are good beforehand them to our delivery partner. KukkiHausu will not be held responsible for any damages that occur to the orders during deliveries. In case damages happen during delivery, we do our best to claim damage for our customers. Please contact us and we wish to make it right for you. Your contentment is always our priority.
