We use the aluminum-free spices and soak them together with the liqueur. From spices you can imagine likes cinnamon, vanilla pods, orange zest; or spices that you can’t imagine for instance star anise, cloves, ginger, cardamon or pepper.

Spice work as a bridge, coupling the liquor and ingredients together and elevate the flavor. We adjusts the infused ingredients output with careful selected spices to match the ultimate flavor of our bakery sweets. No worry, you can't taste any of the spice. They blend well into the ingredients.
