Thanks for shopping at KukkiHausu. We take all the complaint and feedback seriously. We strives to serve you with the best quality of bakery sweets. In the rare circumstance that our bakery sweets fail to meet our commitment to quality, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion. We will endeavor to resolve all requests for refund within 7 business days upon receiving the return of bakery sweets. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist Contact us


Returns

Customers are given a grace period of two (2) hours to return a bakery sweets that you are displeased with, starting at the time customer received it. Please be advised that a return is only applicable providing that the product is untouched and in the same condition as it was when it left KukkiHausu's premises. The product must also be in its sealed packaging and must come with the receipt or proof of purchase from KukkiHausu website. 

Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchange of orders once the product have left the premises by self-pickup. Please be informed to check the bakery sweets before leaving the premises.


Refunds

Once received the returned product, we will notify customer and begin the inspection as per customer's concerns. We will then immediately notify customer on the status of refund. Please note that a full refund is applicable if the product returns to KukkiHausu is in the same exact condition as it was when it left the premises.

If refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to customer. Refund is as per customer original method of payment. Customer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies of customer's card issuer.

If return is not approved, we will resend customer the parcel. The maximum refund offered is the value of the bakery sweets and subject to the deduction of promotional discounts/cash backs/administrative charges etc. Further compensation is not available.


Shipping

Customer are responsible to pay own shipping costs for returning customer's item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from customer's refund.
