Customer-arranged Delivery Information
1. Do you offer deliveries? 您们有提供送货服务吗?
No, we do not provide delivery services. All deliveries are customer-arranged only (e.g. GrabExpress, Lalamove) or by self-pickup.
我们不提供送货服务。所有送货均需由客人自行安排 (例如 GrabExpress、Lalamove),或选择自取。
2. What are your pickup hours? 你们的取货时间是几点?
- Weekdays 平日 : 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (closed 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch)
- Weekends & Public Holidays 周末/公共假期 : 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
⚠ Please book your Grab/LaLaMove driver at least 45 mins earlier.
Late booking may result in no driver, late arrival, or cancellation.
We are not liable for any late pickup. Our shop closes strictly at the stated hours.

3. Can I arrange my own delivery? 我可以自己安排送货吗?
Yes! Customers may book delivery through services such as GrabExpress or Lalamove Priority.
可以!客户可通过 GrabExpress 或 Lalamove 安排送货。
⚠ Important: Only car delivery is allowed.
Motorcycles are strictly not accepted. Drivers will reject motorcycle pickups as they do not bear damage responsibility.
⚠ 注意:只接受汽车送货。蛋糕太脆弱啦。
4. Which GrabExpress or Lalamove option should I choose? 我该选择哪一种派送服务?
Grab: Select GrabExpress Instant / Immediate (Car) only. 请选择 GrabExpress 即时 / 立即 (汽车)。
Lalamove: Select Priority Delivery (Car) only. 请选择 Priority Delivery(汽车)
⚠ Do not choose standard or pooled delivery — those take 2–3 hours, stack multiple orders, and risk cake damage.
⚠请勿选择「普通配送」或「拼单配送」,否则送货会被延迟,蛋糕可能受损。
5. What are the pickup hours for drivers? 司机取货时间?
Same as our standard pickup hours: 与我们的取货时间一致。
Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (lunch hour 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM not available)
Weekends & Public Holidays: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
6. How will the driver collect the cake? 司机如何领取蛋糕?
Once you’ve booked, please send us the Grab/Lalamove tracking link via WhatsApp:

Our team will pack your cake into a cooler bag (allow ~10 minutes) and bring it directly down to the driver🚗

7. Where should the driver go for pickup? 司机去哪里取货?

8. What information should I give the driver? 我需要告诉司机什么资料?
Please provide the driver with:
The full name of the customer who placed the order
The contact number of the customer

⚠ Please ensure the name on your order matches the name you give the driver. If we are unable to verify customer information with driver, the cake will not be handed over.
Any resulting delays, driver refusal to wait, or failed pickup will not be our responsibility.
💛 Gentle Reminder: A tiny step saves a big hassle — just make sure the driver has the same name as your order, so your cake gets to you smoothly ♡.
9. What if I am late for pickup?
Late or early pickups without prior agreement will not be entertained.
Your cake will only be released during the next available pickup session.
10. What if I need to change the delivery date or time?
Changes are only possible with at least 1 day’s notice.

11. How should the cake be handled during delivery?
Fresh cream cakes are delicate — please follow these tips:
Keep the cake upright at all times
Place it on the floor of the car, not on seats
Always use a cooler bag
