Information needed for delivery purposes

  1. Recipient’s first and last name.
  2. Recipient’s full and correct address as found on Google Maps.
  3. Recipient’s full and correct contact number.
  4. Alternative phone number (buyer, etc) - will only be contacted where the recipient is unreachable regardless of whether delivery is successful or not.
  5. Buyer’s email address - to receive the order details, delivery updates, and proof of delivery. Please ensure that the email address is correct before completing the purchase.

 

Delivery Areas And Charges

  1. All KukkiHausu Cakery, all deliveries are managed by a third party vendor LaLaMove upon customer's request, to deliver within Kuala Lumpur and specific areas within Selangor
  2. Delivery rates are dependent on the type of vehicle and distance from store location to customer's venue with rates start from RM 5.
  3. For multi-level building units, customers are required to collect from the driver at the drop-off point/main entrance/lobby as charges do not include any parking fee.

Delivery Conditions

Be advised that once payment is made, you have understood and accepted the terms of your order(s). [Customers are advised to select a time slot with these possibilities taken into account.]

 

  1. KukkiHausu delivery services are managed by a third party vendor LalaMove. 
  2. Deliveries are by arrangements only with charges applied. Please choose the time slot carefully as our deliveries may take up to four hours per slot, and we are unable to take requests for specific delivery time.
  3. While we surely do our best to arrange orders to arrive within the chosen time slot; in rare cases of delayed delivery due to the unpredicted circumstances which beyond our control i.e driver's car break down, traffic congestion or bad weather condition; KukkiHausu Cakery will not be held liable for any claims.
  4. We love to plan a surprise for our loved one too. Regrettably we do not encourage the event of "planning surprise for the recipient" where recipient does not aware to receive parcel. 
  5. Drivers will only leave the items on the delivery drop-off table, at the guardhouse, at the receptionist etc.; only with the consent of the recipient/someone on behalf of the recipient. It is understood and accepted that the items' extremely perishable condition. KukkiHausu Cakery will not take any responsibility over the item's condition once the item is being left.
  6.  Please take note that once delivery is completed and confirmed, KukkiHausu Cakery will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during the delivery process.
  7. Once items has been delivered and signed for, KukkiHausu Cakery will not accept any liability for any damages to the order or for any failure in following the instructions stated.


For *multi-storied buildings etc, please ensure that recipient is available to receive the order at the **drop-off point/main entrance/lobby as deliver straight to the unit is not provided by our delivery partner.

\*High-rise buildings and multi-storied buildings include, but are not limited to: apartments, condominiums, shopping malls, multi-storied shop lots, hospitals, restaurants, hotels and etc. 
\**A point where where the area is accessible by car/motor with no parking required as delivery charges do not include parking fee.


Our policy help us to maintain strong relationships with third party drivers and to guarantee a trouble-free delivery for all our customers. We seek for your understanding on the above delivery condition
