Before pickup:

  1. Please give us a message at least 15 minutes before your arriving at our premise.
  2. Please arrive at our premise within the fixed timeframe or we regret to inform that any late comer will not be entertained.  
  3. If you are not able to collect your order by the closing hour, the order will be kept overnight and you would need to collect the order from us the next day (11am - 5pm). 


Grab/Lalamove/3rd Party Drivers:

  1. If you are arranging for a 3rd party driver to collect your order from us, please ensure that "Car" is selected for all cakes and tarts delivery.
  2. Cakes and tarts need to be transported by car with air-con on high. 
  3. For journey longer than 45 minutes, an ice bag with ice packs is highly recommended.
  4. Motocycle delivery are only suggested for Batasando/ Madeleines equal or less than 4 boxes. 
  5. We do not take responsibility for any problems, issues, or circumstances that arise from and/or due to 3rd party delivery service as well as for the products once they have left our premises.
  6. It is advisable that the driver takes a picture of all the items of your order before and after delivering them to you.
  7. We do not make any delivery arrangements/ 3rd party delivery services on behalf of pickup customers. 
  8. Please do arrange 3rd party delivery service if you have opted for self-pickup and are not able to come over to our store to collect your order from us.


How to handle our cakes/ tarts/batasando/madeleines:

  1. All cakes and tarts need to be transported by car and placed on a flat surface with minimum movement.
  2. Cakes and tarts can last in a car ride with the AC on high for about 45 minutes. For longer journeys, cooler bag with ice packs are highly suggested.
  3. Batasando/ Madeleine can be transported by motocycles provided 4 boxes or less. They can last in motocycles ride for about 30-45 minutes. 
  4. For longer journey/more than 4 boxes, car delivery are highly recommended.
  5. We don't take any responsibility for the items once they have left our premises.


Change from pickup to delivery:

Customer are able to change from pickup to delivery with delivery fees and T&C applied.
