Celebrate the magic of Christmas with our Madagascar Vanilla Figs Tart! This festive delight starts with a crisp, golden pastry filled with fragrant Frangipane, followed by a luscious layer of Madagascar vanilla fig compote. Topped with velvety mascarpone Chantilly cream and crowned with tender, fresh figs, it’s a treat that embodies the season’s warmth and joy. We’ve kept the sugar light to let the natural sweetness of the figs shine, creating a tart that’s rich in flavor yet perfectly balanced. Every bite is a celebration—indulge this Christmas!


Layer: 

1. Sweet short crust pastry 法式甜挞皮

2. Frangipane |baked almond cream 'contained rum' 杏仁酱 ‘含朗姆酒’

3. Madagascar vanilla mascarpone chantilly cream 香草马斯卡彭香缇 (马达加斯加香草籽)

4. Signature in-house made figs compote 自制无花果漬煮果餡

5. Fresh cut figs 鮮无花果夾餡

Ingredients

  • Tart Crust: Cultured Butter, flour, ground almond flour, cornflour, egg, sugar
  • Baked Almond Cream: Cultured butter, ground almond flour, egg, icing sugar, rum
  • Cream Layer: 35% fresh dairy cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, Madagascar vanilla
  • Figs Compote: Turkey dried figs (100%), honey, lemon juice

Diameter: 6" (Round 16 cm) 
Serving size : 3 - 5servings

Height: ± 4 cm 

Diameter: 7" (Rectangle 18 cm x 10.4 cm)

Serving size : 6 - 7 servings

Diameter: 8" (Round 20 cm)
Serving size : 6-8 servings

Height: ± 4.5 cm

Allergens and Diet Restrictions:

Dairy, Egg, Nuts, Milk, Gluten, Rum

Servings and Storage:

  •  Keep the cake refrigerated (0 - 4 C) for at least 45 minutes upon receiving before serving.
  •  Tart are not suggest to leave under room temperature more than 30 minutes.
  • Best consumed within 2 days.

Slicing Tips:

Use a stainless steel knife, slice downwards gently and remove the knife from the bottom of tart. Clean the knife after each slice.

Travel Tips:

Tart travels well in car on flat surface (car floor) with AC on high for maximum 40 min. Strongly recommend to use cooler bag with ice packs for journey takes longer than 40 mins.

Mascarpone Chantilly Cream are made using pasturised ingredients including fresh dairy cream and mascarpone cheese. Yet, they are considered uncooked ingredients.
