2. Inner cream layer: Pure hazelnut Chantilly cream 榛子香缇鲜奶油

3. Inner cream layer: Pecan nuts 两层碧根果夾餡

4. Outer cream layer: Decaffeinated coffee mascarpone Chantilly cream 咖啡马斯卡彭香缇(无咖啡因)

5. Pecan nuts, arabica coffee bean and thyme leaves as decoration 碧根果,咖啡豆,百里香为点缀

Cake Layer: Egg, almond flour, sweet potato flour, fresh milk, sugar (8%), cornflour, honey, decaffeined coffee 

Cream Layer: Elle & Vire 35% fresh dairy cream, mascarpone cheese, hazelnut paste, sugar (8%), decaffeined coffee

Servings and Storage:

  •  Keep the cake refrigerated (0 - 4 C) for at least 45 minutes upon receiving before serving.
  •  Cake are not suggest to leave under room temperature more than 30 minutes.
  • Best consumed within 2 days.

Slicing Tips:

Use a stainless steel knife, slice downwards gently and remove the knife from the bottom of cake. Clean the knife after each slice.

Travel Tips:

Cake travels well in car on flat surface (car floor) with AC on high for maximum 40 min. Strongly recommend to use cooler bag with ice packs for journey takes longer than 40 mins.
