Cake Layer: egg, premium Japanese black sesame powder, sweet potato flour, cornflour, milk, sugar (8%), honey

Cream Layer: 35% Fresh Dairy Cream, Mascarpone Cheese, Sugar (7%), Pure Genmaicha

Caramelized Walnut: Grade A USA Walnut, Sugar

Servings and Storage:

  •  Keep the cake refrigerated (0 - 4 C) for at least 45 minutes upon receiving before serving.
  •  Cake are not suggest to leave under room temperature more than 30 minutes.
  • Best consumed within 2 days.

Slicing Tips:

Use a stainless steel knife, slice downwards gently and remove the knife from the bottom of cake. Clean the knife after each slice.

Travel Tips:

Cake travels well in car on flat surface (car floor) with AC on high for maximum 40 min. Strongly recommend to use cooler bag with ice packs for journey takes longer than 40 mins.
