Less sweet and beautifully balanced, it allows the natural depth and complexity of cocoa to take centre stage. Handmade with carefully selected ingredients and finished with fresh dairy cream, each bite is smooth, velvety, and deeply satisfying. Notes of roasted cocoa and gentle bitterness create a sophisticated flavor that lingers pleasantly on the palate. Perfect for those who appreciate authentic chocolate.

Cake Layer: Egg, 70% dark chocolate , milk, unsalted butter, sugar

Cream Layer: Whipping cream, 70% dark chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar

Servings and Storage:

  •  Keep the cake refrigerated (0 - 4 C) for at least 60 minutes upon receiving before serving.
  •  Cake are not suggest to leave under room temperature more than 20 minutes.
  • Best consumed within 2 days.

Slicing Tips:

Use a stainless steel knife, slice downwards gently and remove the knife from the bottom of cake. Clean the knife after each slice.

Travel Tips:

Cake travels well in car on flat surface (car floor) with AC on high for maximum 40 min. Strongly recommend to use cooler bag with ice packs for journey takes longer than 40 mins.
